TNB are seeking a Term time only dedicated, passionate Early Years Manager at Paddington PlayStation. This role is essential in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through play and structured activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. Start date September 2026. Interviews June 2026
Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies regarding children's needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Skills
- Minimum level 3 qualification, level 5 desirable
- Proven leadership and management, minimum 2 years
- Manager day to day operations
- Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team of educators.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions.
- A passion for childcare, demonstrating empathy and patience towards young learners.
