Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge of food preparation and safety standards. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food production tasks when necessary, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Train new team members on service procedures, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Organise shift schedules and delegate tasks effectively to optimise team performance.
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and professional development.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food safety management.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles will be considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly yet professional demeanour.

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
