The Home:
This is a well-regarded, purpose-built nursing home in Ledbury.
It provides nursing, dementia, residential and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.
The team is established, the culture is positive and the home needs a visible manager who will become part of its everyday life.
What your day could look like:
You’ll spend time with residents, speak with families and support your team from the floor.
You’ll work closely with your leadership team on care quality, staffing, compliance, occupancy and budgets.
Most importantly, you’ll create an environment where people feel listened to, supported and proud to work.
What we’re looking for:
- At least two years’ experience as a Home Manager or in a similar senior role
- NMC registration
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
- A visible, hands-on leadership style
- Experience building, developing and retaining teams
- A good understanding of occupancy, budgets and the private care market
- The ability to balance compassionate care with strong compliance
