Frieday5 Chicken & Boba is a new Asian-style fried chicken and bubble tea concept launching in Elephant & Castle.
We are building a fun, energetic and customer-focused food brand combining crispy Asian-style fried chicken, freshly made bubble tea and great service.
As we prepare to open our new store, we are looking for a Trainee Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager who has the potential to grow with the business and eventually take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store.
This is not just a team member position. We are looking for someone who wants to develop into a Store Manager and become a key member of the business.

Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, bubble tea, fast food, QSR or hospitality is preferred.
Previous supervisor or management experience would be an advantage, but we are also happy to consider a strong Team Leader or experienced hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step into management.
Your Responsibilities
You will work closely with the owners during the opening and development of the new store.
Your responsibilities will gradually include:
· Delivering excellent customer service
· Supporting the daily operation of the store
· Preparing and serving fried chicken, bubble tea and other menu items
· Leading and motivating the store team
· Training new team members
· Managing opening and closing procedures
· Maintaining food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
· Supporting staff rotas and shift management
· Monitoring stock and helping manage ordering and wastage
· Handling customer feedback and resolving problems
· Helping improve store sales and operational performance
· Taking increasing responsibility for the store as you progress

The successful candidate will be trained with the goal of progressing into a Store Manager position and taking greater responsibility for the business.

Working Hours
Full-time position.
You will need to be flexible to work a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on the store rota.
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
