- Cleaning crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Assisting with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef
- Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with daily operational tasks
- Ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene standards are followed
- Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
