Job Description
About the Job
The Facilities IT Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional workplace experience across multiple office locations. The role combines facilities management, workplace services and frontline IT support to ensure employees enjoy a productive, stress-free and welcoming office environment every day. The role with be based across for locations with regular travel to each location to support the responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for workplace, facilities and IT support matters.
- Ensure offices are clean, safe, operational and welcoming.
- Manage multi-site facilities operations, vendors and maintenance activities.
- Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration technology are fully operational.
- Provide first-line desktop support for laptops, monitors, docks, keyboards, mice
- Coordinate new starter setups, asset management and workplace equipment.
Support health, safety, security and workplace compliance activities.
Drive continuous workplace experience improvements through employee feedback.

Skills & Experience
- Five years Facilities, workplace services or office management experience.
- Strong customer service focus
- First-line IT support experience preferred but not essential
- Problem solving
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Success Measures
- High employee satisfaction, measured through feedback and annual survey
- Reliable meeting room and workplace technology performance.
- Clean, safe and effective office environments.
- Timely resolution of workplace and IT support requests.
