Essential Criteria:
* Recent Enhanced Access NI Check (within 1 year).
* Provide own transport.
*MUST be able to commit to a Saturday and Sunday morning between the hours of 9:30am - 12.30pm.
*MUST be able to commit to working 5 weekend blocks (with a week break before starting a new block).
*Over 21 years old.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Has previously been a lead/coach in a children's activity class.
2. Can start immediately (September 2026).
Personal Criteria:
1. Outgoing, enthusiastic and likeable personality.
2. Abilities to work as a team.
3. Hardworking and goal orientated.
4. Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and clients.
5. Reliable, articulated and trustworthy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay:
- Saturday - Downpatrick - £20.00 per hour.
- Sunday - Newcastle - £30.00 per hour.
Expected hours: Saturday - 3 hours | Sunday - 3 hours.
Training for this role is in 3 parts:
1. A zoom call to discuss the theory behind Tiny Kickz (1-2 hours).
2. An online training video observation (in own time).
3. Shadowing an existing coach in a live session.
*This role will be online training which can be done in your own time across a 3 day consecutive period that we will agree on.
It will then consist of shadowing one of our coaches in person in which you will be paid half of that hourly wage on the giving day for attending.
