This is a key growth role within the business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, managing our sales pipeline, and generating meetings that lead to long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and wider team to develop new business opportunities throughout the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening conversations, and creating opportunities within the B2B sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
- Identify and research potential customers across the UK.
- Build and maintain target account lists.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and telephone outreach.
- Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and initial customer meetings.
- Follow up enquiries and nurture prospective customers.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM.
- Manage sales activities, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Produce regular reports on sales activity and opportunities.
Relationship Building
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.
- Build strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing clients.
Account Growth
- Support onboarding of new customers.
- Work with existing customers to identify additional opportunities.
- Encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Assist in customer retention and account development activities.
Marketing Support
- Contribute ideas for sales campaigns and customer engagement.
- Support LinkedIn and email outreach initiatives.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
Hours
- 35 Hours per week
- Monday to Friday (8:30 - 15:30)
- Bonus/commission structure based on sales
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
