Head Chef - Golf Club – Mainly daytime Position
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef to join our friendly team at East Brighton golf club.
This is a predominantly daytime role, catering mainly for golf societies, members, and visitors. As the chef you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts, lunches, and society meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
What We Offer:
- £16.00 per hour
- Primarily daytime shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Catering for golf societies and club events
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Assisting with menu planning and stock control
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous chef or cook experience
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
- Reliable, organised, and professional approach
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
