Job Summary
As a Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support with daily activities. In this role, you will provide compassionate, personalised care within a residential care settings, ensuring residents and clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
- Assist residents or clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Follow individualised care plans to deliver tailored support that meets each person’s unique needs
- Support medication administration and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care
- Keep accurate records of care activities, incidents, and updates using IT systems to ensure seamless documentation
- Contribute to creating a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Previous EXPERIENCE working in a CARE home sis NOT ESSENTIAL though desired,
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Proficiency in using IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with residents, families, and team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude that fosters trust and reassurance

Pay: £13.69-£17.42 per hour
