Working closely with our Head of IT, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving our global technology environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is technically strong, genuinely passionate about technology, and looking for a hands-on role where they can develop their skills and make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing
Infrastructure & Endpoint Management

Support andoptimiseour Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams,Defenderand Entra ID.

Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint security across Windows, macOS and mobile devices, including day-to-day support,troubleshootingand device lifecycle management.

Support our Azure,AWSand Google Cloud environments.

Assistwith identity management, accesscontroland Conditional Access policies.

Helpmaintainthe availability, resilience and performance of our business-critical systemsoperating24/7.
Operational Excellence
-
Troubleshoot incidents across cloud platforms, SaaSapplicationsand endpoint technologies.

Maintain technical documentation, operationalrunbooksand infrastructure standards.
-
Identifyopportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting and modern tooling.
-
Support monitoring, systemimprovementsand platform reliability initiatives.
Security & Compliance
-
Support PCI-DSS compliance activities and audit readiness.
-
Maintain secure infrastructure configurations and security best practices.
-
Work closely with Information Security and Compliance teams to manage risk and improve resilience.
Project Delivery
-
Contribute to infrastructure projects from planningthrough toimplementation.

Roll outnew technologiesand services across our global workforce.

Take ownership of smaller infrastructure initiatives while supporting larger strategic projects.
What We're Looking For
You'll have hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management or a similar technical role, together with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
Ideally you'll have experience with:

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams,Defenderand Entra ID)

Microsoft Intune and endpoint management across Windows and macOS

Identity and Access Management fundamentals

PowerShell or similar scripting languages to automate administrative tasks

Azure,AWSor Google Cloud (commercial experience or personal projects)
You'll also have an interest in emerging technologies, including AI, with an understanding of concepts such as:

Large Language Models (LLMs)

AI-assisted development ("vibe coding")
-
Tokens and API integrations
-
MCP servers and modern AI tooling
Experience working within a regulated environment (PCI-DSS or similar) would be advantageous but is not essential.
