We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and commercially minded 360 Business Development Representitive to join our growing team. This is a true end-to-end sales role, giving you ownership of the full business development lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and generating leads through to negotiating, closing deals, and managing long-term client relationships.

The role includes driving and capitalising a ready build schedule for fulfilment to increase your opportunity for commission and be able to drive relationships 12 months ahead of schedule
The role is a basic salary along with commission driven incentives, which is uncapped.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a 360 business development, sales, or recruitment role.
- Strong track record of winning new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and target focused.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence (if required).
