Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Skin Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skin and beauty, providing expert advice and treatments to clients. They must have experience in building skin programmes for clients and a range of modalities including needling and peels. Ideally, an ofqual regulated qualification in skin rejuvenation. Duties
- Conduct detailed skin assessments to determine individual client needs
- Provide customised skincare treatments, including advanced facials, microneedling, peels and other specialised procedures
- Assist clients with their concerns to enhance their appearance and confidence
- Offer professional advice on skincare routines, product selection, and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery
Skills
- Proficiency in advanced skin and body treatments
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and skincare advice in clear English
- Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide personalised recommendations
- Organised with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards and accurate record keeping
- Friendly demeanour with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
- Previous experience in skincare brands is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
