NIGHT CONCIERGE
- Rendall & Rittner • £30,382 • 1 Hans Crescent SW7
ROLE OVERVIEW / DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
Step into a landmark address in the heart of Knightsbridge. 1 Hans Crescent is a distinguished Edwardian red-brick building of apartments and penthouses directly opposite Harrods, where refined heritage meets contemporary luxury. As part of a 24-hour concierge team, you’ll be the reassuring overnight presence for an international community of residents who expect calm, attentive and highly discreet service.
With secure parking, lift access and Knightsbridge Underground moments away, the setting is elegant, secure and effortlessly connected. Evenings bring a different rhythm, late check-ins after theatre and dinners, VIP visitors, deliveries to coordinate and the quiet details that keep the building pristine and residents cared for through the night.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the overnight front-of-house expert, 19:00–07:00 on a 4 on, 4 off rota, providing a warm welcome, vigilant security and flawless handovers. You will manage access and keys, oversee CCTV and patrols, handle deliveries and parking requests, coordinate any out-of-hours contractors and keep detailed logs. By morning, the reception will be immaculate and the day team fully briefed.
