Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our new venture, The Wellington Hotel in St Just, Cornwall. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and driving the overall success of the venue.
Pay will be £14.50/hr after a successful 3 month probationary period.
Responsibilities include :
- Serving Customers
- Maintaining Bar Standards
- Assisting the Hotel Manager in Advertising Events
- Managing a Small Team of Bar Staff
- Handling Cash
Pay: £14.50 per hour
