People Services Coordinator

You'll be working on…

Want to be at the centre of how a People team operates day to day?
This role is about delivering a consistent, accurate and responsive People service.
You'll:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leaving
- Keep employee data accurate and up to date
- Make sure processes are followed and documentation is right first time
- Help improve how things are done, not just maintain them
Key areas you'll be involved in:
- Contracts, offer letters and employment changes
- Right to work checks and pre-employment compliance
- Absence logging and administration
- Payroll inputs and data accuracy
- Managing the People inbox and responding to queries
You'll work with…

You'll work closely with:
- Our people across the business
- The People team
- Payroll and Finance Team
In practice, that means you'll:
- Answer first-line questions and give clear guidance
- Keep things moving, following up where needed
- Escalate issues when they need more input
- Build strong, trusted relationships

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
- The ability to manage data and documentation carefully
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
