We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people first Senior Store Manager to take the helm. Please only apply for this role if you have managerial or leadership experience.

- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of 8+ to deliver exceptional service, every single day.
- Own sales performance and KPIs, driving consistent, measurable growth.
- Lead from the front in a renowned city centre environment.
- Maintain immaculate visual standards and brand presentation.
- Manage rotas, recruitment, payroll, stock control, and compliance with precision across two stores within the Piece Hall.
- Hold daily performance conversations and create a culture of accountability.
- Ensure operational excellence across every detail, from stockroom to shop floor.
- Represent the brand at its very best..

- An experienced Senior Store Manager with proven commercial success.
- Confident leading medium sized teams in busy, high-turnover environments.
- Data-driven and performance-focused, you know your numbers inside out.
- Passionate about beauty, bathing, and beautiful retail environments.
- Decisive, organised, and calm under pressure.
- A natural leader who builds strong, high-performing teams.
- Obsessed with customer experience and brand standards.
