We're looking for Drivers Mates to join our team, supporting deliveries to customer sites and helping ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to be part of a busy transport operation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Supporting drivers with the delivery of beer kegs and cases to hospitality locations
- Loading, unloading, and moving products safely using approved manual handling techniques
- Checking products against delivery paperwork and reporting any discrepancies
- Assisting with vehicle checks, debriefs, and end-of-shift tasks
- Providing excellent customer service while working closely with drivers and transport teams
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Are physically fit as the role involves lots of manual handling
- Have previous experience of working with volume orders
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
- Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker!
