Registered Manager – SEND Provisions, Domiciliary Care & Supported Living
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (after probation) Location: Newham Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our SEND provisions while also overseeing elements of domiciliary care and supported living services. You will play a key role in service development, compliance, staff leadership, and ensuring that children, young people, and adults receive safe, meaningful, person‑centred support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SEND day services, domiciliary care, and supported living teams
- Complete high‑quality needs assessments, support plans, and risk assessments
- Liaise confidently with Social Services, Local Authorities, health professionals, and families
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted (SEND provisions) and CQC (dom care & supported living)
- Oversee safeguarding, incident management, and quality assurance
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff
- Ensure services meet regulatory standards and deliver excellent outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold a positive, supportive culture
Essential Requirements
- Previous Registered Manager experience
- Previous registration with both Ofsted and CQC
- Strong background in SEND services, domiciliary care, and/or supported living
- Proven experience in assessing needs and managing complex care packages
- Confident in liaising with Social Services and external professionals
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
