Mercedes-Benz Parts Sales Advisors - Dungannon
We are seeking experienced Parts Advisors to join our Dungannon dealership.
As a specialist franchise covering Mercedes-Benz Truck, Van and Passenger Car, we are looking for motivated individuals to support our parts department and ensure every vehicle receives the right components, at the right time.
Working hours
· 42.5 hours per week
· Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30/09:00 – 18:00
· Saturday (rotational basis) 08:00 – 12:00 payable at 1.5 rate)
Rate of pay
· £13.41 per hour + Performance bonus
Key responsibilities
· Identify and source Mercedes-Benz parts accurately and efficiently
· Process orders in a timely manner for both internal teams and external customers
· Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction
· Offer product advice, promotions, and upsell opportunities where appropriate
· Source unavailable parts from alternative suppliers and arrange delivery
· Check deliveries against orders and report discrepancies
· Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control
· Assist with general duties within the parts department
Essential requirements
· A minimum of one year’s experience working in a parts advisory role within the motor industry
· IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and navigate parts catalogues
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
· A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
· Commitment to delivering customer excellence
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
· Passion for the automotive industry
· Strong communication skills and customer focus
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
· Experience of using Kerridge/CDK or similar dealer management system
