Team Leader – Supported Living

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership career within a supportive and rewarding environment where your contribution truly makes a difference.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the service while leading and inspiring a dedicated team of Support Workers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support
- Promoting independence, choice and positive outcomes for the people we support.
- Assisting with rota management, shift cover, and staffing support.
- Supporting with compliance monitoring and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring support plans and risk assessments are followed and updated.
- Supporting with staff inductions, training, supervisions and ongoing development
- Maintaining high standards in line with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Building positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
- Providing hands-on support where required and leading by example

We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, proactive, and committed to delivering person-centred support.
- Experience working within Supported Living
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and other complex needs
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
- Flexibility to work shifts, including alternate weekends
Desirable:
- Previous senior or leadership experience within care/support services
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
