Be the face of 5Mins AI at one of the UK's biggest HR events. 2 days on the show floor, paid hourly, with a £50 bonus up for grabs.
THE GIG
5Mins is sponsoring the CIPD Festival of Work on 10-11 June, and we're hiring two outgoing promotional event and brand ambassadors to be the face of our stand. The job is simple: hand out cards, deliver a quick 30-second pitch, and pull a crowd to our Lucky Dip competition. If you're confident, friendly, and good with people, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT 5MINS
5Mins is the AI-powered platform that delivers compliance, leadership, and role-based training through engaging, TikTok-style learning. We turn dull corporate training into 5-minute lessons people actually finish - and we're bringing that energy to the show floor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Hand out promotional cards that point attendees toward the 5Mins stand
- Deliver a short, 30-second pitch - we'll train you on it, so no need to walk in word-perfect
- Direct visitors to our stand, where we'll be running a Lucky Dip competition
- Keep the energy up and the crowd flowing across both days
WHO WE'RE AFTER
- Confident and friendly, and happy to approach people you've never met
- Comfortable on your feet for the day, with a proper lunch break built in
- Reliable and punctual - you'll be one of just two people carrying the brand
- Experience as a promoter, or event/ brand ambassador is a plus, but not essential
- Based in London - please only apply if you are
THE DETAILS
- Dates: Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 June
- Hours: Wednesday 08:30 - 16:00, Thursday 08:30 - 15:30
- Break: 1-hour lunch break each day
- Pay: £14 per hour
- Bonus: £50 for directing 400+ attendees to the stand across the two days
- Location: London (12,000+ attend over 2 days)
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- Up to £225 over two days - 12.5 paid hours at £14/hr (£175), plus a £50 bonus if you hit 400+ attendees.
