Precision Outreach is looking for a personable, organised and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients, ensuring they receive a professional, helpful and friendly experience at every stage of their journey with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls from clients and potential clients, and liaising with the sales department
Helping clients navigate our portal
Calling clients who need help creating invoices, and supporting them with anything else they need
Calling repeat clients to check they’re happy and see if they need anything
Reaching out to clients who have fallen off their payment frequency to see how we can help
Obtaining client feedback and passing this to our development team

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can:
Communicate confidently and professionally over the phone
Build rapport and strong relationships with clients
Explain things clearly and patiently, including to less tech-confident clients
Write clearly and professionally with good grammar
Use CRM systems and other office systems confidently
Stay organised and manage multiple client queries at once
Take ownership and follow queries through to resolution
Bring a positive attitude and good energy to the team
Experience in customer service, client support, account management or a similar client-facing role would be advantageous. However, attitude, professionalism and a genuine desire to help clients are just as important to us as previous industry experience.
