Your Role
As a Stylist/Technician, you’ll deliver exceptional hairdressing services while creating an outstanding salon experience for every client.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering expert cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments

Conducting personalised consultations to create bespoke looks for every client

Building long-lasting client relationships and growing your personal column

Recommending professional products and treatments to support your clients’ hair goals

Maintaining the highest standards of customer care and professionalism

Working collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive atmosphere

Mentoring and supporting apprentices where appropriate

Representing the TONI&GUY brand with pride and professionalism
We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has a minimum of 3 years’ salon floor experience

Is confident in cutting, colouring and styling

Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Has excellent communication and consultation skills

Is organised and confident managing a busy column

Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
