Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing personalised care plans, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions and develop customised care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by medical practitioners
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their health, treatment options, and recovery processes
- Lead and supervise junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient records and care activities
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of service
- Uphold infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Advocate for patient needs, ensuring dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
- Proven experience in nursing within a hospital, community or specialised healthcare setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise workload in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of current healthcare practices, policies, and procedures related to patient care plans
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
