Lussmanns Sustainable Restaurants in St Albans is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to join their team. We are a popular, independent restaurant group with restaurants in Hertford, Harpenden, Hitchin and Woburn.
Managers are contracted to work 42 hours a week. These can be in the form of a combination of double and single shifts e.g 9.30am-4.30pm/4pm-close. We encourage at least 2 days off a week. Any overtime is paid. Bonuses are achievable monthly.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll be required to:
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Be passionate about great food and service
· Enjoy a floor based management role
· Have some experience of managing a team (both front and back of house)
- Have at least 2 years experience of working in hospitality at at least supervisor/shift leader level.
- Have a passion for sustainability!
