Help Build Brands. Tell Stories. Create Content That Gets Seen.
Location: Maidstone, Kent - office based with travel - You Must live in Kent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
This Isn’t Your Average Videographer Role
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and social-first Content Producer & Videographer who lives and breathes content.
Someone who sees stories where other people don’t.
Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling.
Someone who can turn everyday business moments into engaging, high-performing content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to help build multiple brands from the inside out.
You’ll be working across a number of exciting businesses, including an AI technology company and established service-based businesses, while helping document an entrepreneurial journey, build brand awareness and create content that drives real business growth.
No two days will be the same.
One day you could be filming inside a commercial building. The next, capturing an AI workshop. The next, recording a podcast, filming interviews, documenting meetings or creating behind-the-scenes content on location.
We’re building a serious content engine, and we’re looking for someone who wants to play a major role in it.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the full content production process - from ideas and filming through to editing, publishing and performance improvement.
You’ll create high-quality content for platforms including:
LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who is not just a videographer, but a true content creator - someone who understands storytelling, hooks, audience retention, trends and how to make content perform.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
· Filming high-quality content using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
· Capturing behind-the-scenes footage throughout the day.
· Planning content ideas, shoot schedules and filming opportunities.
· Producing both short-form and long-form video content.
· Editing engaging videos for multiple social platforms.
· Creating strong hooks, captions, thumbnails and simple graphics where required.
· Repurposing one piece of content into multiple formats.
· Publishing content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
· Helping launch and grow a brand-new YouTube channel.
· Filming and producing a regular business podcast.
· Recording customer stories, case studies and testimonials.
· Creating recruitment and employer branding content.
· Turning complex business ideas into simple, engaging and educational content.
· Measuring content performance and improving what works.
· Spotting social trends before everyone else.
· Using AI tools to improve content creation and production workflows.
· Organising and managing a growing media library.
· Looking after cameras, lighting, microphones and production equipment.
· Working closely with the marketing team.
· Learning from leading business and content coaches, then implementing ideas quickly.
· Constantly testing, learning and improving the content strategy.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll probably have most of the following:
· Excellent videography skills.
· Strong video editing ability.
· A good understanding of storytelling and content structure.
· Knowledge of audience retention, hooks and platform-native content.
· A strong understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
· Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
· Confidence using professional camera equipment.
· A strong understanding of lighting, framing and audio.
· The ability to direct people naturally on camera.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
· High attention to detail.
· A proactive attitude and strong creative instincts.
· A genuine desire to keep learning, testing and improving.
· Confidence using AI tools, or excitement to learn platforms such as Claude and other emerging technologies.
· A full UK driving licence, as travel to filming locations will be required.
Bonus Skills
These are not essential, but would be a strong advantage:
· Drone filming.
· Photography.
· Motion graphics.
· Adobe After Effects.
· Podcast production.
· AI video tools.
· Thumbnail design.
· Copywriting.
· YouTube SEO.
· Analytics and reporting.
· Livestream production.
· Experience filming business, construction, property, restoration or service-based content.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, you’ll help us:
· Publish a minimum of three high-quality pieces of content per day.
· Produce a consistent mix of long-form and short-form content every week.
· Launch and grow a new YouTube channel.
· Produce and edit a regular business podcast.
· Build multiple brands through consistent, engaging content.
· Create repeatable systems that allow content production to scale.
· Produce content that generates enquiries, opportunities and measurable business growth.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside an entrepreneur building multiple businesses. You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, experiment with new formats and help shape the content strategy - not simply follow instructions.
Your work won’t disappear into a large marketing department. You’ll play a key role in building brands, growing audiences, telling real stories and documenting a genuine entrepreneurial journey.
You’ll also have access to coaching, training and ideas from leading business and content creators, with the expectation that you’ll keep learning, improving and raising the standard of what we produce.
If you love creating content and want your work to have real impact, this is an opportunity to build something special.
Before You Apply
This role isn’t for everyone.
We’re building something ambitious, and content opportunities don’t always happen between 9am and 5pm.
Some days you’ll be in the office editing. Other days you’ll be filming on location, travelling to events, recording podcasts or capturing content as opportunities arise. Occasionally, that may mean early starts, late finishes or working outside normal office hours.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to turn up, edit videos and go home.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build an exceptional career, continually improve their craft and become one of the best content producers in the industry.
If you’re the type of person who watches successful creators and thinks, “I could create content that’s even better,” you’ll fit right in.
If you enjoy variety, love learning, embrace new technology and want to help build something genuinely significant, we’d love to hear from you.
How to Apply
This role is for someone who is already doing this, this is not an entry-level videographer role.
Please only apply if you are currently creating, filming and editing high-quality content and can show examples of your work.
Please don’t just send us your CV.
We would like to see the below too:
· Your showreel or portfolio.
· Examples of content you’ve created.
· Links to any social media accounts or YouTube channels you’ve helped grow.
· A short video introducing yourself - optional, but highly encouraged.
· A brief explanation of why you’re the right person for this role.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build an incredible career - not just find another job.
No Agencies please - This is inhouse recruitment only. Do not call or email.
