The Role
You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and leading by example during service.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Preparing fresh food to order
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety & hygiene regulations
- Upholding cleanliness and kitchen organisation standards
- Helping drive efficiency and consistency during service
