As a Cleaning Operative, you'll be right at the heart of that: keeping our production facility in East Grinstead clean, safe and audit-ready, every single day.

What you'll be doing
- Carrying out all cleaning tasks in line with our cleaning schedule and documented procedures
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and machinery at the end of production and throughout the day
- Keeping trays, containers and production areas ready for the next shift
- Maintaining changing rooms, wash areas and external areas to a high standard
- Following our colour-coded equipment and chemical handling procedures at all times
- Reporting any cleaning concerns, damaged equipment or out-of-specification conditions immediately
What we're looking for
- Reliability and a genuine sense of pride in the work
- An ability to follow detailed procedures accurately and consistently
- An eye for what looks wrong — and the confidence to report it
- A team player who gets on well with colleagues and managers
- Experience in a food production or industrial cleaning environment is a bonus, but not a requirement
