Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies

- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any needs for replenishment or repairs promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any special requests or issues
- Drive company vehicles when necessary to transport cleaning supplies or reach different locations efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to inquiries or feedback from clients or building occupants
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English for clear communication and understanding of instructions
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Demonstrated reliability with punctuality and attention to detail
