Are you an experienced Advanced Practitioner, Senior Supervising Social Worker or Team Leader looking for your first management role?
Evergreen Foster Care is growing, and we're looking for someone with the passion, experience and ambition to join our leadership team.
You'll work directly alongside our Registered Manager, helping lead a friendly multidisciplinary team while continuing to maintain a small caseload to keep you connected to frontline practice.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting and developing a team of Supervising Social Workers.
- Leading good social work practice.
- Supporting Ofsted compliance and quality assurance.
- Holding a small caseload of foster carers.
- Completing occasional Form F Assessments.
- Helping shape the future of a growing therapeutic fostering agency.
