Betr Outsourcing is hiring ambitious Sales & Service Advisors to join our team supporting Purplebricks, one of the UK’s best-known property brands.
If you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets and want your performance to directly boost your earnings, this could be the role for you.
The Role
You'll speak to homeowners who have shown an interest in selling their property, understand their needs and book property valuation appointments.
This is a fast-paced outbound sales role where great communication and a results-driven attitude are rewarded.

Shifts
Monday–Sunday, between 9am–8pm
- 10am–6pm
- 12pm–8pm
- 9am–5pm weekends
What We're Looking For
- Confident communicator with sales, service or outbound experience
- Target-driven, organised and resilient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is desirable
