Spa Therapist

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our award-winning Spa and the fantastic team, dedicated to delivering a memorable service to our guests all day and every day. Our role is perfect for a spa and health enthusiast who enjoys variety in their role.
Ø Providing luxury therapy treatments including facials, massage, rituals and foot and hand treatments in a professional manner to all guests
Ø Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests; offering a professional and personalised spa experience to all of our guests, ensuring our guests leave with a memory to share
Ø Feel knowledgeable on all products used in the Spa to utilise all opportunities to promote and upsell products to our guests; delivering aftercare to all guests also
A typical day for you would include assisting with set up of all treatment areas before joining others in a breakfast meeting and then, alongside our reception staff, helping to meet and greet our guests who can’t wait to be welcomed to the Spa, learn all about the different experiences and settle into a day of pure relaxation.
During the day you will then be welcoming guests warmly and professionally and chat to them about their health, preferences etc both before and after their treatment. Between each treatment you will have a 10-minute reset.
You may spend your time helping guests with where to go for the next part of their experience, and when their day comes to an end, on a rota basis you’ll be there to say goodbye.

As we are located in a rural location you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
What we are looking for
- Have a beauty qualification at Level 3 is essential
- Be a confident and self-motivated individual, who presents themselves in a professional persona in all circumstances
- Previous experience working as a Therapist in a Spa team is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies to a five star spa service standard
- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and attention to detail
- Naturally warm, articulate and impeccably presented
- Confident in a luxury hospitality environment
- Calm, organised and proactive under pressure
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends
- Previous luxury spa, hotel or premium hospitality experience preferred
