We are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives to join our well-established Bed and Mattress Manufacturing Factory based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a stable and growing business that values hard work, reliability, and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities
- Working efficiently on a production line
- Manufacturing and assembling beds and mattresses
- Using hand and air-powered tools (including air staple guns)
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting production deadlines
- Good understanding of spoken and written English
