About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cook/ Chef to join our friendly weekend team.
You’ll help prepare and cook delicious food for afternoon teas, buffets, and events, as well as take part in producing our award-winning ice cream and Droitwich Salt. (Full training for Dairy Production will be provided.)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes including hot meals, afternoon teas, and buffets.
- Handle food orders and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure all food is prepared and stored safely and hygienically.
- Support daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification (essential).
- Proven experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to rural location.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods and cover staff holidays.
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday essential.
