Summary
Dalton St. Michael's are seeking to appoint a full-time HLTA for September 2026. Hours of work will be 8.30am - 3.30pm (until 5pm on staff meeting days. These are usually Thursday). This role is for one year due to funding.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is approachable, reliable and a team player. Our team go the extra mile and so we are looking for somebody with that same mindset. We can offer pupils who are enthusiastic and demonstrate excellent behaviour. The role will involve covering PPA during some afternoon sessions and working with the Infant class teacher to plan and implement effective continuous provision for Reception to Year 2 children. PPA time will be given to the successful candidate to facilitate this work.
