About the Role
As an SDR, your primary responsibility is simple:
Generate qualified appointments and demos for our Closers.
You’ll be speaking with business owners and decision-makers every day, following up with leads, managing conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments into our sales team’s calendars.
You’ll work a combination of:
- Inbound leads
- Outbound prospecting
- Previous enquiries that didn’t book
- Existing CRM opportunities
- Old pipeline reactivation campaigns
- New lead outreach campaigns
This is a high-activity role requiring consistency, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
What Success Looks Like
- 200-300+ outbound dials per day
- 5+ qualified appointments booked per day
- Consistent CRM management and follow-up
- High-quality conversations with prospects
- Maintaining strong appointment attendance rates
- Contributing directly to company growth
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns
- Re-engage old opportunities and dormant leads
- Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints
- Book qualified appointments and demos for our Closers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Send follow-up emails, voice notes, videos, and messages where appropriate
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and booking targets
- Attend sales training and coaching sessions
