The property is a large, detached house with a large private garden. We aim to ensure that Oxbridge House which comprises of 10 en-suite bedrooms and 2 self-contained flats is extremely well maintained, decorated, and furnished to a high standard which meets all health and safety requirements and care home regulations.
We are looking for caring, committed and enthusiastic support workers to come and join our team of established support workers to provide high quality and bespoke services to each of our clients.

This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the client’s needs including:
· Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
· Light household chores
· Assistance with mobility and personal care
· Assistance with shopping
· Food preparation
· Providing companionship
Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same as you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too.
No prior experience is needed, as we will give you all the tools you’ll need to excel in this role. All you need to bring is a hardworking, compassionate nature and a positive can-do attitude.
Shift Patterns: 8am-8pm, or waking nights 8pm – 8am. working 4 on and 3 off / then 3 on and 4 off on a rolling rota. Rotas will be provided in advance to support a happy work life balance. You must have flexibility to work weekends
