IFGlobal is a fast growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, and are looking for a Returns Lead to take ownership of our returns operation.
The Role
You’ll manage the day to day returns process, ensuring items are handled quickly, accurately, and in line with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full returns process from receipt to final outcome
- Inspect returned items and decide next steps (restock, quarantine, disposal)
- Maintain accurate stock records and system updates
- Identify and escalate product or process issues
- Track returns volumes and highlight trends
- Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
- Keep the returns area organised, safe, and efficient
- Support team members to ensure consistent, accurate processing
- Resolve issues quickly and drive process improvements
- Work closely with the Account Management team
What we're looking for:
- Warehouse experience (returns or stock control preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable using warehouse systems
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload
- Clear communicator and team player
Working pattern
- 40 hours per week
- 08:30am - 17:30pm
- 5 out of 7 days
