The Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our London team. This is a highly collaborative role designed as the ultimate launchpad for a commercial career in FinTech and SaaS.
You will split your focus between two critical areas: supporting the operational success of our embedded payments platform, CleanCloud Pay, and assisting our Growth Account Management team in unlocking revenue from our existing base.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the onboarding journey for new businesses joining CleanCloud Pay. Guide them through initial configuration to get them processing as quickly as possible.
- Support Payment Lead in targeting our existing user base, converting accounts over to CleanCloud Pay.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers already utilising CleanCloud Pay, resolving day-to-day transaction or hardware queries to ensure a seamless payments experience.
- Partner with Growth AM to execute account expansion strategies. Help identify and implement cross-selling initiatives across our existing base.
- Work alongside Support, Ops, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and feed back user insights to improve the overall payments & software ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate account notes and engagement activity within our CRM
