We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Driver to support a well-known charity by carrying out an efficient collection service in line with established procedures. The successful candidate will help maximise donations while maintaining close communication with the Retail District Manager.
This role involves driving a medium to large van, which will be collected from a secure lock-up in Romsey each weekend. The position is for 12.5 hours per weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive across Romsey and surrounding areas to collect donations from various shops.
- Follow a planned collection route provided each day.
- Work independently while managing time and workload effectively.
- Ensure all collections are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Clear criminal record.
- Ability to work independently and undertake long periods of driving.
- Reliable, organised, and punctual.
