About you:
We are looking for a Team Member to join the team in our Unit at the Belfast International Airport. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service. We need you to be flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays. You must be comfortable with lone working, as well as working in part of a team.
Public transport times should be checked prior to applying for the position if required.
8 hour shifts on a rota basis covering from 6am to 11pm summer & 7am to 10pm winter.

Essential Criteria
· Minimum of 1 years’ customer service experience
· Minimum of 1 years’ cash handling experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Proficient with Microsoft computer systems such as outlook, word, excel
· Ability to move and lift machines
As this job is airside, it will require security declaration and an Access NI Basic Disclosure to be completed prior to commencement. You must also provide the last 5 years work of and education history.
Main Duties
* Working on a rota shift in line with flights from the airport.
· In this customer service role, you will ensure high levels of housekeeping and presentation throughout the whole location at all times.
· Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers.
· Maintaining high levels of presentation in all areas of work.
· Ensure you are neat and always correctly wearing the company uniform.
· Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
· Be aware of the security of Company property, reporting anything suspicious immediately.
· Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
· Communicate with customers and other staff effectively.
· Report any machine faults and errors immediately.
· Any other duties as required.
· Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches.
· Weekend and public holiday cover required.
· Working hours – (full time) 40 hours, some flexibility and cover required.
