Shopify, TikTok Shop, Boots wholesale, physical retail, and international markets.
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Buying team working across a range of
buying admin duties. There are endless opportunities to progress your career within our

The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, sharp, trend-obsessed Admin Assistant to take
ownership of a fast-growing beauty brand all of their categories. You won’t be
formulating products or designing packaging as our expert NPD team has that covered.
Instead, your superpower & focus is all about turning great products into commercial
success. You’ll sit at the heart of it all, working hand-in-hand with product developers.
- Work closely with NPD to shape commercially viable, winning products
- Constantly scan the market for trends and competitor movements
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Critical path management
- Requesting and checking product information from suppliers within the expected time frame
- Creating processes that make your everyday as efficient as possible. (Currently no systems in place)
- Ensure launches land on time, on brand, and ready to sell, working with Merch & E-Com to achieve this.
- General admin responsibilities, as an agile team it is essential you are able to action ad-hoc tasks and demonstrate effective workload management
- Creating and processing purchase orders
- Tracking order status and delivery dates
- Chasing shipment updates and delivery confirmations
- Requesting product information & pricing
- Owning the setup of products and maintaining product information (SKUs, descriptions, barcodes)
- Producing weekly sales reports
- Tracking product performance
- Supporting the buyer with category reviews

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
