To be a Restaurant Assistant, we want to see talent and passion so that you can deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that both standards and specifications are met, creating a service delivery that will be an occasion for all guests.
Key Tasks will involve:

Assist with greeting, seating and order taking. Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements

Serve food and drinks, ensuring that requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner

Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately

Communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return

Understand your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification

Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times

Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel

Ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to in line with Company standards
More importantly, you must enjoy what you do! have a great personality, be confident, and have a ‘can do attitude’.
