An opportunity for a domestic/ laundry assistant has arisen at St Marks Nursing Home in Millfield, Sunderland
St Marks Nursing Home is a 35 bed private independent home. The home is maintained to very high standards and our team provide a secure, happy and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
About the Role:
This role is working weekdays and alternative weekends, there will be opportunities for overtime to cover holidays and sickness.
As a domestic/laundry assistant you will be responsible for ensuring all residents rooms are cleaned and clothes washed and arranged in their rooms as they wish
About You:
You will have a caring nature and a positive attitude, showing a desire to deliver the best possible standard of domestic service to the residents in our care. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to older people and be a team player but able to work on your own initiative. You will be dependable and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.
