We are looking for Residential Support Wokers to work in a ‘Good’ rated EBD Childrens Service in Nottingham.
The home works with children aged 6-18, and you will join an existing, bubbly and successful team in providing seamless levels of support to the young people here.
You will work directly with the young people to promote positive behaviour and independence in accordance to care plans, and also work with the manager to mentor staff on a daily basis.
Roles include:
- Provide support on a one to one basis with children and young people
- Work together with staff to provide seamless care
- Practice positive behaviour
- Update and review care plans for each YP
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months working with children in a residential service- Essential
