This role is to provide personal and administrative support to a single individual. The main objective is to achieve effective organisation, planning and managing a demanding schedule while performing secretarial and analytical duties.
- Provide administrative, organisational and scheduling support
- Plan and coordinate attendance to conferences, exhibitions and teleconferences
- Monitor and maintain a number of business email accounts
- Ensure director is briefed and well prepared for meetings
- Initiate and respond to written and verbal correspondence
- Coordinate and organise meetings and appointments
- Ensure the maintenance of electronic files
- Manage and maintain supplier and customer relationships
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data
- Interact and liaise with external clients
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Manage applications and profiles for consultants
- Attend project meetings to support project planning, actions as required
- Other admin duties as required.
You will be a dynamic individual, who is open and approachable, has great communication skills with previous Admin and/or PA experience, and is not worried about doing things that are not on the job spec.
This is a home based role, but you must live within 15 mins drive of Camberley. THIS IS A MUST. Applications will not be processed if you do not meet this criteria.
The successful candidate will be prepared to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
You may be required to travel very occasionally, both within the UK and abroad.
