Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to join our team around Leicester and the M1 corridor. The successful candidate you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of materials handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment repair or forklift maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Relevant certifications in forklift operation or maintenance.
