We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Charlton House Spa. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering a wide range of spa treatments and exceptional customer care in a professional and welcoming environment.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments that ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable experience. In addition to treatment services, you may also assist with front desk duties and support the spa’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including:
- Deep tissue massage
- Facials
- Manicures and pedicures
- Body scrubs and other body treatments
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in treatment rooms and spa areas
- Assist with reception and front desk operations, including bookings and client enquiries
- Support social media activities by contributing content and promoting spa services
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role
- Qualified in massage and beauty/spa treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and customer care
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must have ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
