Duties
- Prepare and baking a variety of items with attention to presentation, taste, and quality standards
- Assist in bakery production processes, including portioning, dressing, and packing
- Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Collaborate with team members to develop new bakery ideas and improve existing items
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure consistent availability of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and baking.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Experience with baking and food production techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
